AO Baywatch is the newest AO launched in Olathe. The flag is planted in the parking lot in the southwestern most parking lot.

Baywatch has a large parking lot, access to baseball fields and basketball courts, a 1-mile path that circumnavigates the park, and other workout areas.

Workouts begin promptly at 5:30 AM and are a boot camp style HIIT workout.
