AO Gold Rush sits as our one of our “border AOs” with F3 Overland Park. Located at California Trail Middle School, the flag is planted by the basketball goals in the east parking lot.

Gold Rush has a 400m track, plenty of hills, and lots of parking lot options for variable workouts.

Workouts begin promptly at 5:30 AM and are a boot camp style HIIT workout.
