AO Heartland is a wonderful new location based in the parking lot of the Heartland Community Church on Strang Line Road

Heartland has a large parking lot, and a large variety of areas to travel to within a big shopping area.

All PAX must fill out the Heartland waiver form available here.

Workouts begin promptly at 5:30 AM and are a boot camp style HIIT workout.
