South Park is a unique AO in the Fe. Depending on the time of year, its location will change. In the spring, summer, and fall months, you’ll find the men of South Park at Heritage Park. When it begins to get darker longer, the site moves to Brougham Elementary School.

Both locations offer a variety of different options, especially big parking lots.

Workouts begin promptly at 5:30 AM and are a boot camp style HIIT workout typically.
